In order to make continued progress, you need a plan, right? Right! But…. until you know what your goals are, how do you make a plan?


Anyone can say, I want this or I want to be that, and call it a goal, but not all goals are created equally!!


Let’s talk about SMART goals!! Many fitness professionals will be familiar with this as many certifying programs include this in their training… and for good reason!!

 

SMART is an acronym for

Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-Bound.
