"I [Adilyn's mom] have been at this gym for over 7 years and I couldn't love it more. It has done amazing things for my mental and physical health. In the last year or so, my 13 year old daughter has been training here with Kris mostly but sometimes Matt and Christian. They are all phenomenal with kids! My daughter is shy and doesn't talk much to people she doesn't know well. She loves coming to the gym because they make her laugh, have fun and work hard but most importantly they try to make a connection with her and build a relationship with her to foster good habits and proper technique."
Adilyn has a fierceness about her that really makes her so great to work with! She's been around with her mom, Kelli, and we've watched her grow up!!
