  • Bi-Weekly Email Check - Ins! You'll check - in bi-weekly through email with your coach who will then provide feedback and adjustments based on your data. This will be your time to also speak personally with your coach about any new discoveries, victories, struggles, questions or concerns you may have. Or to address an upcoming change in your goals or lifestyle.
